What is your vision? What is the purpose of your custom collage? Feel free to include reference pictures, color palettes, images of your space, and/or themes that you would like to explore.

Once I receive your inquiry, we can begin the process of bringing your vision to the collage.

The commission process can be as open or detailed as you would like. Some clients come to me with a size or color preference and then leave the rest of it up to my creative inspiration, while others have a specific idea in mind.

We will discuss your budget to decide upon the right canvas size and color palette for your collage. Note: I do not provide framing at this time.

PLEASE READ AND NOTE: This is super important for commission clients to understand. If you have a VERY specific vision in mind for your collage, please understand that I may or may not be able to perfectly replicate it according to your standards. I am an artist, not a miracle worker or AI. This stage is where we decide whether or not we can work together.

Step Two: Receive Your Unique Quote

For a Loos Art custom collage commission piece, my 2024-2025 commission rate starts at $125 per piece starting at dimensions of 9 in. x 12 in. and above up to 24 in. x 36 in. If the dimensions you want are smaller than 9 in. x 12 in., we can work something out.

Step Three: Payment + contract signing

Clients are asked to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total commission collage price down to secure their commission spot.

I currently use PayPal invoice for all commissions.

Step Four: The Wait

Once we sign paperwork and secure your commission spot after payment of the 50% deposit, this is the part where I'll be prepping, cutting, pasting, composing, and detailing behind the scenes and providing email updates of progress so that you’re not 100% in the dark.

Step Five: From My Studio to Your Home

Once your commission collage is finished, I'll reach out and send over the final invoice (with shipping fees if applicable).

When your final payment goes through, your custom piece will be sent out for delivery. I'll add the tracking info to your invoice so that you know exactly when it is getting to you.
